Where It All Began

In 2011, after seven years immersed in the Salesforce ecosystem, Asymbl CEO and Founder, Brandon Metcalf, launched Talent Rover, an all-in-one staffing solution built on Salesforce. Greg Symons, our President, COO, and Founder, joined Talent Rover in 2015 to accelerate global growth.

In 2017, Talent Rover was named the ninth fastest-growing software company in America (Inc. 500) before being acquired in March 2018.

Blueprint is Born

In late 2018, Brandon founded Blueprint Advisory to focus on Salesforce consulting. Greg joined as President and Partner in early 2019, where he led the company.

The Spark Behind Asymbl Ignites

During this time, Salesforce engaged Blueprint Advisory to advise on key staffing and recruiting challenges. This collaboration led to a fresh approach to staffing solutions and the launch of Asymbl.

Asymbl’s focus on delivering modular staffing and recruiting products within the Salesforce ecosystem helped the company stand out in a market dominated by high-cost, low efficiency all-in-one products.

United Under One Brand

In late 2024, Blueprint Advisory merged with Asymbl and rebranded as Asymbl Consulting. This unification reflects our commitment to serving the staffing and recruiting industry while expanding to broader business services industries.
