AUSTIN, Texas, May 13, 2026 – Today Asymbl announces the launch of its Data Foundations practice, a specialized consulting practice built to deliver trusted, connected, and harmonized data across the Salesforce ecosystem. The practice brings together deep expertise in Informatica, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Data 360, giving businesses a single partner that covers the full context layer their workforce orchestration and Agentforce investments depend on.

Salesforce has defined a three-layer "Better Together" architecture for enterprise data: Informatica provides the data trust layer through master data management, governance, and quality. MuleSoft provides the action layer through real-time API connectivity and event orchestration. Data 360 provides the harmonization and activation layer, federating data into a unified context without movement costs. Together, these three layers form the foundation that Agentforce and digital workers need to operate with accuracy and confidence.

Most consulting partners specialize in one or two of these layers. Global system integrators may touch all three, but rarely as a harmonized practice built for the small and mid-market businesses where Salesforce sees the fastest adoption. Asymbl’s Data Foundations practice was built to close that gap, delivering all three layers as one coordinated engagement so customers aren’t stitching together separate vendors to get their data right.

The practice expands Asymbl’s existing data capabilities, adding Informatica expertise alongside the company’s established MuleSoft and Data 360 experience. Asymbl has invested in new hires, expanded certifications, and dedicated training to build a team that can operate across the full stack. The launch aligns with Asymbl’s multi-year strategic partnership with Salesforce, announced earlier this year, which includes expanded use of Agentforce, Data 360, Slack, and Mulesoft across Asymbl’s own operations and customer engagements.

“Data is the context layer. It’s what gives digital workers the ability to act with accuracy and what gives human workers the confidence to trust the output. Without trusted, harmonized data, workforce orchestration doesn’t work,” said James Van Steenburgh, Chief Services Officer at Asymbl. “We built the Data Foundations practice because our customers and Salesforce need a partner that treats data as a discipline, not a project. We cover the trust layer, the connectivity layer, and the harmonization layer as one practice, because that’s how the architecture actually works.”

Data Foundations sits alongside Asymbl’s Customer 360 and Agentforce practices within the company’s Salesforce consulting organization. Customer 360 covers implementation and optimization across Salesforce’s core applications, including Sales, Services, and Marketing.  The Agentforce practice focuses on designing, building, and operationalizing digital workers within the Salesforce platform. Data Foundations provides the contextual data layer that makes both of those investments perform.

Asymbl brings 600+ Salesforce certifications, 1,000+ successfully completed projects, and an average of 8+ years of Salesforce experience per employee. The company has extensive experience delivering high-volume data migrations from legacy systems, including tens of millions of records across dozens of customer environments. As a Customer Zero, Asymbl applies its own workforce orchestration model internally before extending it to customers, operating nearly 200 digital workers across 13 business functions.

The Data Foundations practice reinforces a broader shift in how businesses prepare for agentic AI. Agents are only as effective as the data they can access. Informatica ensures the underlying records are governed and trustworthy. MuleSoft ensures real-time signals reach the systems that need them. Data 360 harmonizes that context into a unified view. When the data layer is right, Agentforce and digital workers operate with the precision and reliability that drives real business outcomes.
