From AI to Workforce Orchestration
AI dominated the headlines at Dreamforce, but the real story we shared was broader. It is about how companies can move beyond AI adoption and start orchestrating their hybrid workforce.
Digital labor is more than generative AI or automation. It represents the full spectrum of intelligent technologies, agents, and GPTs that perform defined roles inside organizations with structure, goals, and accountability.
The key is workforce orchestration, bringing human and digital workers together with the right software and expertise to give them the structure, tools, and coaching to operate as one unified team.
When done well, it’s not about replacing people, but elevating them. Ultimately helping human workers move faster, think bigger, and spend more time on trust and relationships.
Honored by Salesforce for Innovation in Action
At Dreamforce 2025, we were honored by Jim Roth, President, Customer Success at Salesforce with a Salesforce Customer Success Award recognizing our innovation as an agentic enterprise, the first of its kind.
For us, this recognition was more than an award. It was proof that the vision we have been building, bringing human and digital workers together to operate as one unified team, is becoming reality.
We were proud to be the first customer invited to demonstrate our own product live at Dreamforce Keynote, showing how workforce orchestration works in practice.
Our demo featured our Recruiter Agent that assists human recruiters by identifying candidates, prescreening, and giving interview feedback. The agent coordinates across candidates and hiring managers keeping every interaction in sync. We showcased Polly, our People Ops Slack based people operations agent who helps onboard and support new human workers. Together, these digital workers helped us hire 100 people in 100 days.

This is what it means to be Customer Zero: we don’t just sell the idea of digital labor; we live it. With over 60 digital workers deployed across 10 functions and a goal of a 40% digital workforce in 2026, we’re proving that orchestrating humans and digital workers together drives meaningful business impact, faster.
What You Can Take Away
Enterprises that start orchestrating their workforce today gain three key advantages:
- Speed and Scalability: Digital workers can multiply output without multiplying costs.
- Consistency and Quality: Strategic onboarding and coaching ensures accuracy and repeatability across functions.
- Empowered People: Human workers can focus on creativity, collaboration, and customer impact.
