We understand that migration is one of the biggest concerns for recruiting teams and we’ve built Asymbl to minimize disruption. Our team has extensive experience migrating firms from platforms like Bullhorn, JobDiva, and others. We support data imports via CSV or API, carefully mapping all key fields so candidate records, job history, notes, and activities remain intact. Most migrations are completed in a matter of weeks, not months. We also offer sandbox testing, parallel system runs if needed, and hands-on onboarding to ensure zero downtime. Many firms find that the short-term effort of switching is far outweighed by the long-term gains in speed, fill rates, and recruiter productivity. Our white-glove Customer Success team stays with you throughout onboarding to ensure fast adoption and confidence from day one.

We don’t use Salesforce. Will Asymbl be too complex or require a Salesforce admin?

Who owns our data if Asymbl is built on Salesforce?
