Asymbl welcomes Lauren Esposito as Chief Marketing Officer and Derek Jamieson as Vice President, Product to drive the next phase of innovation and growth.

The truth is, every company already has a hybrid workforce, they just haven’t recognized it yet. Asymbl is entering a pivotal new chapter, empowering enterprises to design, manage, and scale a hybrid workforce of human and digital workers, orchestrated as one. With a growing portfolio of customers realizing measurable ROI from their AI investments, the company has expanded its leadership team with two senior hires who bring deep Salesforce experience and proven track records in building category-defining products and brands.

Lauren Esposito joins Asymbl as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing over 13 years of experience from Salesforce, where she led Global Brand & Media positioning Salesforce as a leader in CRM, Data, and AI including the launch of Agentforce. Known for her ability to think strategically about the entire customer lifecycle, Lauren will lead Asymbl’s brand, communications, and go-to-market strategy, positioning the company as the trusted guide for enterprises seeking to orchestrate a measurable workforce transformation.

“Lauren brings the clarity, creativity, and operational excellence we need to scale our message and reach new audiences,” said Brandon Metcalf, CEO and Founder of Asymbl. “She’s helped define how Salesforce tells its story to the world, and now she’ll help Asymbl shape the next chapter of what it means to drive ROI from digital labor.”

Derek Jamieson joins as Vice President, Product, following six years at Salesforce where he most recently served as Director of Product Management for Agentforce Sales, formally Sales Cloud. Derek’s leadership in defining product roadmaps that integrate human workflows with AI-powered digital agents will be instrumental as Asymbl expands its suite of solutions designed to help companies onboard, manage, and measure digital labor performance at scale.

“Derek’s deep experience building and scaling products makes him uniquely positioned to advance our product vision,” said Chris Davis, Chief Product Officer at Asymbl. “He brings the rare combination of platform expertise and operational rigor that will help us scale faster and deliver measurable outcomes for our customers.”

Together, Lauren and Derek strengthen Asymbl’s leadership bench during a time of accelerated transformation for the company. Their collective expertise will help Asymbl continue to guide organizations toward building measurable, scalable hybrid workforces where human and digital workers operate as one.
