Onboarding Package: Job Board Setup and Configuration

Posting your jobs to your career site is a critical part of the candidate acquisition process. Asymbl provides a seamless experience to post your jobs on your site and manage the applicant workflow.

Provided

• Creation of an unauthenticated Experience Cloud Site that will be used as your career site
• Setup and configuration of the career site page layout to include the selected job filters, list view and job detail sections with related configuration settings
• Setup and Configuration of the fields that will be part of the candidate application process
• Mapping of the Application fields to the Job Board Applicant Object in Asymbl
• Mapping of the Job Board Applicant fields to the Candidate record in Asymbl
• Configure the logic of the ‘Post Externally’ function to automatically post and remove jobs from your career site based on your business logic.
  

Capabilities After Completion

• Create jobs in Asymbl that will be automatically posted to your career site
• Provide potential applicants with the ability to apply to jobs and manage those applications on the job in Asymbl
• Match job applicants to their existing record
• Take action on the applicants to add to the job, reject or add as a new candidate into your database
• Share jobs with candidates via email or online applications
